This pamphlet reports on the status of the memorial gallery and monument that has been constructed to mark the start of the Malayan Emergency and the murder of three planters by the Communist Terrorists (CTs) on 16 June 1948. At the date of publication the first two phases of the project, funded by donation, were complete - the Memorial and the Gallery, including the internal displays of historical items relating to the Emergency. In addition, a retired police GMC Armoured Personnel Carrier (APC) is in the process of renovation and it is hoped that a another APC, a Ferret Car will also be made available, both from the Royal Malaysian Police Museum.

The pamphlet also includes a donation slip from MPOA appealing for additional funds to carry out improvement works for the site.
