This interview, done with a mixture of English, Bahasa Malaysia, Tamil and Cantonese, details the lives of the families who run a laundry service - along Silibin Road, Ipoh. Those interviewes included A Jayabalan s/o Arumugam and his assistant Osman, Sinniyah s/o Viresand and Subramaniam s/o T Suppiah.
With a complete set of photograohs showing the entire laundry process - a disappearing craft that will soon be forgotten - this will soon become a historical document.
