A 1960's House Rent Receipt Book
In this entry is an official house rent receipt book that we believe from the 1960's. The first image on left is the front cover of the receipt book incidentally the back cover is also the same being a plain brown cover but the inside however is the interesting bit where not only does it contain the details that were to be filled-in in a normal receipt (like the date, received from who, for the sum of, payment for and the signature of the collector) but on the back of every official receipt the terms and conditions of tenancy are printed in both English and Chinese.
