  1. A letter to R.A. Caldwell from the Secretary of Anglo-Oriental (Malaya) Limited, stating the accumulated sum of Caldwell's year end (1958) salary.
  2. A 1958 letter from the Agents and Secretaries of Golden Hope Rubber Estate Ltd and Harrisons & Crosfield Ltd, to R.A. Caldwell regarding his appointment as an engineer at the Selaba Estate. The letter also mentions Caldwell's approved health test and confirms accommodation for Caldwell and his family at Selaba Estate.
  3. The conditions Caldwell has to abide with, upon his employment.
  4. A transfer letter dated 1956. According to the letter, R.A. Caldwell will be transferred to Kampar.
