The photographs in this entry are those of a rather unique packaging of a type of Shell Lubricant. The rounded tin that contains 5 gallons or 18.927 litres of lubricant comes with a spout on the top of the tin. Manufactured in the U. S. A, our estimation is that this was made between 1955 and 1961 based on the design of the Shell Logo.
