The photographs in this entry are those of a 10 lb tin of Horlicks which had the Royal Arms displayed on the back of the tin and accompanied by the words, Purveyors of Malted Milk To The Late King George VI. This title was permitted by Buckingham Palace on the 1st of January 1969 in a supplement to The London Gazette allowing a number of companies / brands to style their packaging with the Royal Arms. The tin has both English and Chinese characters printed on the back.
