Press Cutting - I'm Sorry, Says Chin Peng
This article published in the Sundy Star on 22 November 2009 features a file picture of Chin Peng laying a wreath at a grave of a comrade in Bentong.
Below the headline is a secondary title "Ex-guerilla apologises for death of innocents". Inset in the article, with a small picture of himself he is also quoted as saying "I take full responsibility for my comrades actions".
He was a frail 86 years old at the time og the article.
