Sinalco is a popular brand of non-alcoholic drinks first marketed in 1902, with sales in now more than 40 countries. Sinalco is the oldest soft drink brand in Europe. It is produced by Sinalco International, a company headquartered in Duisburg, Germany.

In 1902, German scientist Friedrich Eduard Bilz invented "Bilz Brause", a sherbet powder, and started to sell it in partnership with industrialist Franz Hartmann. As imitations started to appear, they held a prize competition for a brand name, and chose "Sinalco" (an abbreviation of the Latin sine alcohole, "without alcohol"). As one of the first beverage brands, Sinalco came to be exported worldwide, particularly to South America and the Middle East. The red circle trademark was registered in 1937. A distinctively-shaped bottle was launched in the 1950s, and updated at the end of the century. Besides the original Sinalco Orange, today the company also bottles Sinalco Cola and a few other kinds of soft drinks. In Germany, it is the third most popular soft drink, after Fanta and Sprite.

The Chinese characters read as ‘Xian Na Guo. Patrons in the coffee shop would pronounce it as ‘Si Na Ko’.

In 1952, the National Aerated Water company (founded 1929), obtained exclusive rights to bottle and distribute it in Malaya and Singapore.

Royal Crown Cola was born from the efforts of a young pharmacist in Columbus, Georgia, USA in 1905. After a disagreement with a local soda bottler, Claud A. Hatcher began creating his own soft drinks. Never in his wildest dreams could he have imagined that his experiments would become an American icon affectionately nicknamed RC Cola.

Unveiling  a series of industry firsts - the first aluminum cans, 16oz bottlers, low-calorie and caffeine-free diet sodas - Royal Crown Cola maintained the same spirit of innovation established by its founder over a century ago and grew so successful it became a part of American popular culture featured in magazines, movies, and television shows.

Today, that same mindset personifies individuality and can be seen by looking no further than Royal Crown Cola International's family of distinctive products. From the crisp satisfying taste of RC Cola...to the fresh and fruity burst of RCQ's many diverse flavors...to our calorie defying yet delicious diet colas...we continue to build on our history of success by offering a wide array of products, reflecting the individuals who drink them.

Kickapoo Joy Juice is a citrus-flavored soft drink brand owned by the Monarch Beverage Company. The name was introduced in Li'l Abner, a comic strip that ran from 1934 through 1977. Although Li'l Abner's Kickapoo Joy Juice was an alcoholic drink, the real world beverage is a lightly carbonated soft drink.

Although the product is distributed largely in Asian markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Cambodia and Bangladesh), the can still comes decorated with a vintage Li'l Abner drawing.
