Receipts From Fraser & Neave Ltd. (II)
These receipts illustrate the purchase of several bottles and cases of beverages by the Lodge Kinta Masonic Hall, Tiger Lane; the receipts were produced by Fraser & Neave Ltd dated 30.9.1957.
The first receipt, which seems to have been purchased in bulk, included 16 dozens of large bottles of soda water costing $30.40 and 8 dozens of large bottles of dry ginger ale costing $18.40. The total comes out to be around $41.48 from $48.80 with the 15% discount. Another purchase of several dozens of lemon squash drinks increased the cost to $45.08.
The wholesale returns - issued on the same date - included the return of 22 dozens large A.W Bottles and 11 A.W. Cases.
