From left to right:

  • A letter from Wan Cheong Fee, on behalf of Herbert J. Ho Jr., dated 9th February 1968. The letter was addressed to Chan Ting Hor, of No. 4 Ring Road, Canning Garden Estate, Ipoh. The letter states that Mr Ho would be away in Penang on 14th February 1968, and that should he be in Ipoh he will attend the Kinta Masonic Temple Committee Meeting. Enclosed with this letter was the statement of accounts for approval. Mr Ho also requested that the Committee elect a new Treasurer as he will no longer be representing Napier in the Temple Committee.
  • N. Sharma (Advocate & Solicitor) wrote to the Secretary of the Kinta Masonic Temple Committee (on 7th February 1968) to say that he was unable to attend the Temple Committee Meeting on 14th February.
  • A copy of a letter from the Secretary of the Kinta Masonic Temple Committee, regarding  payment for an organ ($565.46). This letter is dated 4th February 1967.
  • A telegram dated 15th April 1955. The sender (Aithison) sent this to the Secretary of Lodge Kinta to inform him that he will attend the meeting on 7th May.
  • An insurance statement from Commercial Union Assurance Co Ltd, to the Kinta Masonic Temple Committee.
