From left to right:
- A letter from Y. C. Kang to the Secretary of Lodge Kinta. Kang is said to be unable to attend the Lodge meeting on the 7th as he will be in Singapore. This letter is dated 4th May 1955.
- A note by A. J. Palmer, Esq (of Perak River Hydro-Electric Power Co Ltd). Palmer is said to have proposed two candidates for Initiation during the next Lodge Meeting. The candidates he proposed are: Dr J. D. Rees (137A Gopeng Road, Ipoh); and W. C. Baugh, Esq (Malayan Tin Dredging Ltd, Tanjong Tualang).
- A letter from E. A. Long dated 11th October 1955. Long wrote this letter seeking a Clearance Certificate so that he could apply to join the Royal Prince of Wales Lodge in Penang.
- A letter dated 2nd May !955 from Chik Mohamed Yusuf. He wrote to Bro R. N. Hill to apologise for being unable to attend the Lodge Meeting on 7th May, because it was Fasting Month (Ramadan).
