Subject :224. Entrance To Buddhist Cave Temple, Anderson Road, Ipoh
Published By : None
Location : Anderson Road (Jalan Raja Musa Aziz), Ipoh
Estimated Year : 1930
Media Type : Postcard
Source : Ian Anderson, Ipoh
Remark :

A used divided-back postcard, showing one of the famed cave temples in Ipoh - the Nam To Ngam Temple

On the back of the postcard is a message written in French. The writer mentioned that this postcard is no. 3 of a series of postcards which he/she had sent to the recipient. The writer stated that the cave temple (as shown on the front of the postcard) was quite far from the town; and also complained that English was the only language the locals spoke (which was difficult for the writer since he/she spoke French).
