The first picture shows a everyday street scene in Ipoh. If anyone recognises the street, do let us know. Also note the ice cream tricycle, advertising Magnolia ice cream. A similar advertisement can be found here.
The second picture was taken at a Chinese funeral. The object shown was probably part of the effigy to be used as a burnt offering.
