Remark :

This traditional 5-pointed Chinese Communist cap with its red star on the front belonged to a Malayan Communist Terrorist (CT), Phang Yow, a Malayan Communist Party (MCP) member which later became The Malayan People’s Anti-Japanese Army (MPAJA). According to the inscription on the inside, he was shot dead by SEC Sutcliffe, an allied soldier, in October 1955. Blood stains, presumably his are evident.
