  • In the group action photograph, CCM Chong Thin Thye @ Chong Chor (standing on the right) – escaped to the Thai Border in 1959 during Operations Ginger but returned and led a CT team to Peninsular in 1968 together with CCM Nam Yat. Chan Chor’s attempts were foiled yet again by the Special Branch and he was later captured along Batu Road in Kuala Lumpur.

  • DCM Choy Ko Yin of the 10th District ASAL Organization (Surrendered 31.01.1959).

  • DCM Chan Fei – Committee Member of the 27th Section 31st Platoon (Surrendered 31.01.1959).

  • BCM Lau Ching of Klabang Armed Work Cell (Surrendered 17.01.1959).

  • SCM Chan Hung – Deputy State Secretary CPM (Surrendered 27.11.1958. It was his demotion in rank by CPM Leader Chin Peng in 1953 which eventually led to his surrender to the Special Branch. He played a key role in Operation Jobless).

  • On the bottom row, CCM Chong Thin Thye @ Chong Chor is featured again under the group picture and followed by,

  • DCM Lo Chau – Commander 27/29 Section 31 Platoon (Operation Jobless).

  • Yuk Mui – the wife of BCM Tan Fong Kia (Operation Jobless).

  • DCS Malik from Klabang/Tanah Hitam AWF (Surrendered 18.01. 1959 – Operation Jobless).
