Remark : Madam Vallithai was the wife of Sinniah S/O Sinnathamby Inspector of Indian Schools, Perak and as such had to undertake many official functions among the local Indian Community. Here she is seen cutting the ribbon for the opening the newly formed Indian Section of the Ipoh Library in 1954.
