The photographs in this series show three of the different premises in which the school had to lodge before the new premises could be built.

  • On the left is a picture from 1915 showing the girls of school, with their Principal, Miss Lydia Urech, ouside the ACS Ipoh (boys school) Primary building, where they were temporarily housed.

  • On the right, taken in 1923, are the girls of the school outside another temporary home, the Yau Tet Shin Mansion. Here the Principal is Miss Carrie C Kenyon.
