Remark : The picture shows Leong Chee Woh, back in 1981, at Kuala Lipis (Pahang). In the picture, Leong (who was the Assistant Commissioner of Police at that time) is seen giving a briefing to the Malaysian Chief of Army, the 4th Div Commander and the 4th Brigade Commander. The briefing was about the progress of ‘Project Kelah’, organised by the Special Branch. ‘Project Kelah’ saw a CT killed (by the Special Branch), while 18 others were captured.
