Odeon Theatre Chinese New Year Booklet - Part 1 - Cover Pages
The above scans show the front (left) and back of this booklet specially prepared for patrons in 1952 by the Odeon, Ipoh. The cover is very decorative with two golden dragons supporting the New Year message. The rear cover is an advertisement by Kian Aik Chan Enterprise Co for Lifeguard Milk from Australia. Within the covers there are 30 pages of advertisements and information on forthcoming movies. These can be seen in the following parts of this series.
