In this article it was stressed that during his wrestling career the Leongs had travelled widely and eaten many gourmet meals thereby picking up special recipes and culinary skills along the way, Mrs Leong particularly highlighted "gravy from Germany and the best methods of preparing meat from Paris and Hong Kong". All of which are used in hiss Chicken and Pork Chop recipes.

The remaining twi images are scans of an article from The Star, Section 2 of May 4th 1987, which time Old Cottage was firmly established in Ipoh. It is this article that is the basis of the story of Leon Fu which can be found in Part 1 of this series. The story is told under the headline "Chops of a Different Kind" and pictures Leong in the ring with his famous opponent King Kong and also holding up the poster that billed his first fight with the then Champion.
