These four scans are from the Franchise Prospectus for Old Cottage Pork and Chicken Chops.
Top left and centre - The front and back pages of the document, the latter showing the number of towns and cities where the business was situated at the time of printing in 1988. These included 10 towns/cities. In addition planned expansion to 10 more sites, including Singapore, are marked and targeted to be in operation by December 31st 1988.
Top right and bottom - These pages are in the form of introductory letter from Leong and his wife who were co-founders of the business. They relate the great success story of Old Cottage and invite prospective owners to join them and own their own franchised Old Cottage Pork and Chicken Chop stall.
