The Geological Survey Museum

The Geological Survey Museum, built by B M Iversen. Iversen, from Denmark, was also the architect of the Telekom Office (along Cockman Street), the Lam Looking building (Jalan Laxamana), as well as several cinema hall in Ipoh.
A plaque which states that the Geological Survey Museum's foundation stone was laid by the Raja Muda of Perak - Raja Idris Shah ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar Shah.
The Staff Quarters. Ruth Iversen Rollitt (our donor) explains: "171 is of one of the houses behind the building for the senior staff; some of them are still there, one is o.k. but most of them have been dreadfully neglected Ipoh style."
