Remark :

The first and second pictures show National Type Primary School (NTPS) Jalan Pasir Puteh, back in 1962. This was taken from Ooi Kean Chye's copy of the school magazine. The first picture is of the Std Six Classes, while the second picture is a closer view of the block. The next four pictures were taken recently, showing the school as it is today (2019).

Referring to the first picture, SK says:

... my Std One Class was there on the left building....now, it seems part of the land has been taken over by the next school . Note the green fencing.

As for the fourth picture:

...There was one big building right at the back. That is the current Sam Choy Chinese School. During the 60s, Sam Choy had only a single storey building.

SK also explains (with reference to the second picture):

    • On the right block was the Std 1 Classes
    • Middle - It was the school hall
    • On the left block was the Art & Craft Classes, after that - not shown ( It would be the DTC area).

In the last picture:

    • On the right block is the NTPS-JPP Secondary School
    • It is fenced separating NTPS-JPP & SK Raja Di Hilir Ekram
    • Middle &  Left is belonging to Sekolah Kebangsaan  Raja Di Hilir Ekram

If you look at the 3 storied building on the left, just below, it is a long lump pit.
