Towkay Foo Nyit Tse (Tze) (Pinyin, Hu Ri Chu)
This photograph shows Towkay Foo Nyit Tse (Foo Nyet Tse), one of the former presidents of the Perak Hokkien (Hockean) Association. After his demise, his estate, together with Foo Choong Nyit (Yit) and Chang Chong Siew together donated a 7 acre site at Kampar Road for the construction of the new Chinese Maternity Hospital.
