This is part 3 of the Ipoh Floods series. The picture on the left shows Belfield street, with a car almost submerged in the flood waters. The white building in the far right is the Chung Thye Phin building.

The picture on the right shows the other end of Leech Street. The man with the camera is none other than J A S Jennings of the Times of Malaya. In the background is Panglima Lane (or Concubine Lane as it was also known as).
