Barber's Shop Tools (10) - Two Pairs Of Burman Hair Clippers.
Burman and Sons Ltd of Birmingham, England were making Gear Boxes in the 1930's then they switched production to Horse a Sheep Sheers and then Barbers Clippers in the 1940's and 1950's'when electric clippers killed their trade. Forced to diversify yet again they finally closed down in 2006.
These two pairs of clippers in two different sizes are in "as new" condition came wrapped in tissue paper in the one, well-worn box. However, the spare spring that was sold with every pair is missing.
