This panoramic photograph by Rex Photo Studio, shows the Art Deco styled Majestic Theatre at Chamberlain Road. There are trishaws and a hawkers stall outside the cinema and a few bicycles, cars and trishaws on the road. In 1950 Ipoh was certainly a quiet place for traffic.
