Leong Cheok Loong and Leong Kai Loong are the sons of Wong Nyan Kin, daughter in law of Towkay Leong Tian. She later adopted a girl, Mary Leong Wee Yoon.

The photographs show, from left to right, top to bottom:

  • Leong Cheok Loong, Wong Nyan Kim's first born, as a baby in 1949.

  • Leong Kai Loong (aka Richard) and his elder brother Leong Cheok Loong with their walk-along Mobo horse around 1953. A very special toy so long ago.

  • The two brothers in a studio portrait with Cheok on the left.

  • Wong Nyan Kim and her two sons visit one of Ipoh's cave temples, around 1955, with their good friend Teresa Chen Chew Wai, daughter of Poon Ah Thye. The inscription on the stone reads "No limit in age".
