The Jennings' Collection : The Ipoh Floods 1919 (6)


This is the final part of the Ipoh Flood series. The picture on the left shows Station Road. Among the famous names along these rows of shops are Delco Light, United Engineers (Formed by the merger of Riley Hargreaves and Howarth Erskine) and Charles Grenier & Co. At the end of the street is the Ipoh Railway Station.
The picture on the right was taken at junction of Belfield Street and Market Street. On the far right of picture is part of a bullock cart.
