This scan is of a poster announcing the first fight for Leoh Fu in Europe. Billed as Hi Fu Chang he is scheduled to wrestle Vick Hesselle at the Majestic Sports Arena, Antwerp on the 2nd April 1957. The poster makes full use of his Chinese looks and pigtail.

In the same year he went on to fight and force a draw with Primo Carnera in Belgium and the World Champion, Lou Thesz in the United States. Other bouts that year also included beating Ernest Baldwin, Heavy-weight Champion of Britain, and knocking out Les Kellett, Cruiser-weight champion of Europe in the first round.

Other well-known opponents included Tony Mancelli, Bill Howes, Emil Poilve and Alf Cadman. He also fought the famous Bert Asserti, the British Empire Champion in Britain many times during his European tour.
